Focus Fuel Sparks is built around practical Focus and Fuel strategies. Focus Sparks help direct attention through categories such as Organize, Clarify, Execute, and Adapt, while Fuel Sparks help manage energy through Boost, Recharge, and Reset.

Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided, risk of loss may pass to the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In general, eligible unopened physical products may be returned within the stated return window. Opened, used, damaged, incomplete, custom, digital, or redeemed-access products may not be eligible for return.

Once a registration code, digital access code, download, or digital benefit has been accessed or redeemed, it may not be returnable or refundable unless required by law.

Workshops, event activations, corporate programs, bulk orders, and custom-branded products may be subject to separate written agreements, proposals, invoices, cancellation terms, or payment terms.

If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls over these Terms where there is a conflict.

Custom, branded, bulk, discounted, workshop, event, or special-order products may be final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
