Do I need to use every Spark?
No. Focus Fuel Sparks is a system, not a checklist. The goal is not to use every card. The goal is to find the right Sparks for the right moments.
What if I already do some of these Sparks?
That is a good thing. Put those cards in DO. They are already part of your success system. Keep them visible so they remind you to stay consistent.
Can I use Focus and Fuel cards together?
Yes. Focus helps you direct attention. Fuel helps you manage energy. When you feel stuck, ask: “Do I need Focus or Fuel?” Then choose the Spark that fits the moment.
How do I use cards as cues?
Place key cards where they remind you to act. Put Hydrate near your water bottle, Today’s Top 3 near your planner, or Breathe Break near your laptop.
