Shipping
Available shipping options, charges, and any delivery estimate are shown during checkout. Orders are currently accepted for United States delivery addresses. Delivery timing can vary because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control.
Please check your shipping address before completing the order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact info@prodecktive.com as soon as possible. An address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.
Returns
Unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the toolkit must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all materials.
Opened or used toolkits and products with redeemed digital-access codes are not returnable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact info@prodecktive.com promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and photos when relevant. We’ll review the request and explain the available replacement or refund options.
Starting a return
Email info@prodecktive.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Approved return instructions will include the correct return address and any other steps.
