This policy explains how ProDECKtive, the company behind Focus Fuel Sparks, collects and uses information when you visit this site, request the Starter Kit, submit a team inquiry, or place an order.

- Optional challenge profile details you choose to supply: name, role, organization, and intended use.
- Name, work email, organization, group size, and message submitted through the team inquiry form.
- Order, payment, billing, shipping, and contact information submitted through Stripe Checkout. Complete payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this site.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as request and error logs.

- With your consent and when configured, site-visit and advertising information collected through Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver requested materials and challenge messages, respond to inquiries, process and support orders, prevent abuse, maintain the site, understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and send Focus Fuel updates when you have provided your email. Email delivery providers may process an address and message-delivery data on our behalf. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option.
Campaign links and visitor intelligence
Challenge signups generate an internal notification to the ProDECKtive owner. We use any optional profile details you supply to add context to an internal lead profile. Public business website research is performed only when separately authorized. Personal email providers are not researched as organizations. Submitted details, public-page claims, and provisional business-fit suggestions are kept distinct; a domain does not establish your employer or identity. We do not infer sensitive traits or collect private personal contact information. Internal profiles are restricted to the owner and do not trigger personal sales outreach. You can request correction, deletion, or withdrawal of business research using the contact address below.
Some Focus Fuel emails may use a unique, opaque link. The public link does not contain a name, company, or email address. Automated email scanners may request that link, so scanner-style requests are counted separately from confirmed browser visits. If you accept analytics, a confirmed visit may be connected to the intended recipient or to information you later submit through a form. This makes it possible to understand a journey across pages, return visits, and actions without placing personal information in the URL.
ProDECKtive does not store IP addresses or precise location in the visitor-intelligence panel. Analytics can be declined without blocking essential site features.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and data storage. Stripe provides secure checkout and payment processing. Mailgun provides email delivery. If enabled with your consent, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag provide site measurement and advertising insights. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be shared when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
When configured and accepted, the LinkedIn Insight Tag measures visits on selected public marketing pages and accepted challenge signups to help measure advertising performance and build advertising audiences. We do not include your email address or form contents in the signup conversion event. Essential challenge signup and access work when analytics is declined.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing, by emailing info@prodecktive.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
